Worn by fireballing southpaw Randy Johnson as he won more than 25% (13) of his team’s games during the strike-shortened 1994 season, this Seattle Mariners warm-up jacket is also autographed by the future Hall of Famer. The blue knit zippered garment features “Mariners” arched across the chest in multi-layered twill and nautically themed team logos sewn to the left shoulder and back in like fashion. On the right front, Johnson’s silver marker signature (inscribed “#51”) shows (“7”) quality. Light wear. Auction LOA from JSA (for autograph).
Blue-white-and-teal striped stretch ribbed cotton lines the collar, waistline and sleeve endings and a “Starter” size “XXL” label resides within the collar. Additionally, a fabric content flap tag is sewn within the left side seam.
